Growing in Practice is about making early childhood knowledge clear, practical, and accessible for anyone who cares for, teaches, or supports children. This includes parents, family members, caregivers, educators, early childhood professionals, and anyone seeking to better understand how children grow, learn, and connect. 

Through approachable trainings, resources, and guidance, Growing in Practice helps adults turn useful information into intentional action. While some offerings may support professional development or training requirements, the heart of this area is broader: meaningful learning should be available to everyone, not only those working in a classroom. 

We believe growth doesn't have to feel overwhelming, overly academic, or disconnected from real life. The goal is to present trustworthy information in a way that is easy to understand, relatable to everyday experiences, and practical enough to use at home, in the classroom, or wherever children are cared for.
